Fashion Designer

Suzanne Sherman Anderson is an experienced fashion designer, having worked for clothing manufacturers in Tulsa, Dallas, and Montreal since she was 19 years old. She has a fashion design degree from the University of Oklahoma and won a fashion scholarship to New York for her "project runway" competition while at the University. As a third-generation home sewer with years of industry experience, she possesses a unique skillset that separates her from other fashion designers. Her experience in draping and patternmaking are her trademark skills that transform traditional sewing into a new art form.

She passes on her skills and experience to students of all ages and skill levels at the SuzArt School of Fashion Design. With an emphasis on developing strong sewing, draping, patternmaking, and design skills, she offers a comprehensive list of courses to help students break into the world of fashion.

In addition to the SuzArt School of Fashion Design, she produces a line of modern women’s jackets and business wear.
